実印の作成
会社を設立する時には、個人の実印と会社の実印を作らなければなりません。実印とは、「公的に認められた印鑑」の事を言います。
外国の方は、認印をお持ちの方はあると思いますが、実印を持っている方はあまりいらっしゃいません。
個人の実印は、市役所・区役所などの各地方自治体に印鑑登録を行います。実印はサイズや材質などのルールに従って作らなければなりません。
会社の実印は、会社の設立の登記を行う際に、法務局に登録申請を行います。また、会社の実印は丸印を使用します。
